How We Work

  • Keep things simple.  We charge by the hour and keep costs very simple, you pay for the hours worked.  We have no set up costs or complicated phone charging costs.  We take care of all the recruitment, training and weekly reporting. 

  • You just need to supply a brief and the data and we are ready to go. We can normally start with just a few days notice. We can work alongside an existing team or work independently, that’s your call.

  • You could have as little as a half a resource or as much as a team of salespeople.  We can increase or decrease resource very quickly giving you the flexibility you require. Alongside your resource you also have an experienced telesales managers with over 25 years of experience within the industry.

  • We have an experienced telesales teams who have worked previously on a number of campaigns. The team will work on increasing your sales, growing the sales pipeline, improving your cash flow and on driving down costs improving your ROI.

  • We understand the importance of data protection working with CRM systems both in-house and external. We maintain close business relations with each customer to ensure professional communication is maintained at all times both on the telephone and with any written correspondence. We use data encrypted storage tools to protect data.

  • Every week you will receive detailed reports giving feedback directly from your customers, order volumes, cash generated, costs for the week and to date, call volumes and an updated return on investment.

  • We work across several sectors and have experience in working within Asset Management, Insurance, Mineral Pricing, Oil and Gas, Aviation, Legal, Project and Trade Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Property – commercial and residential, Capital Markets, Audio Visual, Rail, Travel Retail, Engineering
